Currently under the second generation of Campbell family management and direction; grown in the last ten years from 50 to over 300 employees; Evolving new services lines continually with state of the art construction tools-equipment; growing our professional quality focused team.

In 2013, Trendsetter Construction, Inc. acquired Southern Survey and Design after years of retaining our company as consultants. Our staff is now part of a winning team that employees over 240 people at Trendsetter Construction, Inc. Located in White Oak, Texas, with additional offices in Carthage and Monahans, Southern Survey and Design has striven to become an East Texas industry leader.

Trendsetter Construction disassembled Midcoast Energy Treater plant in Marque Texas mobilized to St. Augstine and added components for compressor station.  The project consists of disassembling two 400 gpm amine plants at one location.  Our design and excavation group team designed and constructed the 20 acre site during disassembly.  Trendsetter’s survey division-Southern Survey provided all of the surveying services and layout for all civil construction.  During the course of the project, the scope of work change and three 3606 compressors and two 3612 to the project.  The staffing for the project was immediately increased and all of the compressors are ready for service from the construction aspect.
